PROGRAM

FRIDAY:

- Welcome Dinner

- Accommodation in standard double room.

SATURDAY:

- Breakfast

- Matanza : We shall carry out all chores except killing and draining of the pig, that for sanitary requirements shall be done the eve in a duly authorized abattoir .

We will prepare typical local sausages ( morcillas, chorizos, longanizas, salchichón, buche , salami , … etc, while with the “taste”  we shall be sharing some typically local Christmas sweets, duly watered by local spirits ( quince , honey , sloe .. etc), everything home made .

- Lunch consisting in “migas with all his trips” , washed down with wine DO Bullas , Tercia Ulea , awarded with several gold and silver medals in different national and international contests .

- Afternoon free with possibility to organize excursions to the Museum of Music Barranda , Caravaca de la Cruz, Zaén caves , cave paintings of The Calar de la Santa …. etc. .

- Anticholesterol dinner  post- slaughter.

- Accommodation in double room .

SUNDAY:

- Breakfast ( late check out )

Free use of bicycles up to availability .

Home surprise for children.

Check possible activities.

PRICE PER PERSON : € 175.00 + VAT .
